It is mutually beneficial to know who you are working with and I'm confident that after reading my background and experience you will feel that I am an agent who strives to meet your best interests. I believe it takes a true partnership with someone you trust and feel is competent and experienced in helping you negotiate for your best home. May I interview for the job? The following is a list of designations, education and above all experience which will benefit YOU, when you hire me to be your Realtor: The following designations will be broken down so you know what they mean in "non-Realtor" terms: ABR Stands for Accredited Buyer Representative. This means I have taken and been required to show I can represent buyers in the highest code of ethics, law, presentation and can reflect a track record of my ongoing success in representing buyers. GRI stands for Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. This means I went through detailed educational courses to certify me as an agent solid in general and ethical business practices. I am required to keep ongoing progress with the education to stay fluent in what is current to Real estate. CRS stands for Certified Residential Specialist. This means I take extensive educational courses yearly ,as well as, network with the top 1% of Realtors in the country. E-PRO -Certified as an Online Business professional. More then 80% of buyers go online to start their search, perhaps this is how you found me. Technology changes rapidly and it's important to be up to speed with a professional who can not only do the basics of working with email but can use the tools of technology to apply to doing a better job of providing service to my clients. CDPE-Certified Distressed Property Expert. Should you run across any short sales, or Bank Owned properties, rest assured I can represent you in the way that these unique properties are. I am married to my wonderful Husband Rod Stewart, yes, I know the name sounds familiar. He isn't the real Rock star we all think of he was just blessed to have the same name. We have a wonderful son named Owen we love to spend time with. When I'm not working I'm committed to my two loving boys at home and we go out and have fun as a family. I am an investor of Real estate, as I believe in owning property for various reasons. Home Ownership creates a solid foundation of true wealth building for individuals that I believe makes huge opportunities. And I LOVE Portland, I feel this is one of the best cities in the country that provide a solid quality of life not easily found. Portland is a city of diversity, richness, opportunity and beauty. Not too many places can beat it....but then again I'm biased! |
